Return Process

Refunds

Conditions for Return

• Products that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning of the goods are not eligible for return.
• Please note that any FELCO tool that has been personalized through our engraving service is not eligible for return or refund. This policy applies unless there is a defect or an error attributable to FELCO in the engraving process. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will address the issue promptly by providing an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund as deemed necessary.
