Consumer Right of Withdrawal
- As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the product.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via email or through our contact form on the website.

- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and condition.
- You are responsible for the costs of returning the products.
Refunds
- We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Conditions for Return
- Products that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning of the goods are not eligible for return.
- Please note that any FELCO tool that has been personalized through our engraving service is not eligible for return or refund. This policy applies unless there is a defect or an error attributable to FELCO in the engraving process. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will address the issue promptly by providing an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund as deemed necessary.
Warranty
Defects and Faults
- FELCO guarantees that products are free from defects at the time of delivery and for a period of two years thereafter.
- This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Lack of proper maintenance as per the user manual
- Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes
Claim Procedure
- To make a warranty claim, contact us via email at info@felco.eu or through our website's contact form, providing details of the defect, your order number, and, if requested, photos of the defect.
- If the defect is acknowledged, we will repair or replace the product. If neither is possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you may request a refund or price reduction.
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
