The composite deposit consists of metal matrix in which very fine non-metallic particles are incorporated, giving the surface unique non-stick and sliding properties. F-Tech is a non-stick, hydrophobic coating, resisting to scratches and abrasion. Its unparalleled properties reduce friction between blade, counter-blade and branch to be cut as no one else. As a result, cutting effort is considerably reduced, and it's much easier to cut hardwoods or large-diameter wood. F-Tech also prevents sap and bacteria from adhering to the blade.
